More silly people
One of the guys at the company I work for was arrested last week for providing printing gear to a company who were planning producing fake passports & money, uppon arrest he admited that he know what the printers would be used for and was remanded in custody until January next year. The guy was a plank and a total sleize so the word cumupance comes to mind.

One down, 2 to go....

Official chats up child on net
05/04/2006 09:54 - (SA)

Miami - The deputy press secretary for the United States Department of Homeland Security was arrested for using the internet to seduce what he thought was a teenage girl, authorities said.

Brian J Doyle, 55, was arrested on Tuesday on charges of use of a computer to seduce a child and transmission of harmful material to a minor.

Doyle had a sexually explicit conversation with what he believed was a 14-year-old girl whose profile he saw on the internet on March 14, said authorities in Florida, where an undercover computer crimes detective posed as the girl.

Doyle sent the girl pornographic movie clips and had sexually explicit conversations via the internet, the statement said.

During other online conversations, Doyle revealed his name, that he worked for the US Department of Homeland Security, and offered his office and government-issued cellphone numbers, the sheriff's office said.

Doyle also sent photos of himself to the "girl," but authorities said they were not sexually explicit.

On several occasions, Doyle instructed her to perform a sexual act while thinking of him and described explicit activities he wanted to have with her, investigators said.

Homeland Security press secretary Russ Knocke in Washington said he could not comment on the details of the investigation. "We take these allegations very seriously, and we will co-operate fully with the ongoing investigation," Knocke said.

Doyle was expected to be placed on administrative leave on Wednesday morning.

8 Point Agenda
We believe in maximum effect
And absolutely every single facet of the gem
Including but not limited to the
Pursuit of truth which has been unduly
Smoothed over made soothing to those
Who have been doing the polluting in fact
We wrote some raps
Now I have here in my chest an outline
A list, a platform, manifesto, a mandate
From intro to outro, it's absolutely rock solid
From the bottom to the top and the top to the bottom
Here's a outlook, and how it reads, number one, Lateef
We don't believe in other people thieving the ideas
That our cerebrums cultivate and create, but if you're stealing them
Now that's a calculated mistake
A combination infinite involving digitized code.. you can't break, point two:
We believe in unconditional control
Not under supervision of another operator so
What that means is our beliefs our boundaries shall all be balanced properly
Without restriction, limitation or revoke, Point three:
We don't believe in you controlling we That's point three
I'm not obligated to listen to shit that you're telling me
That's the type of thing that could lead to a felony, I don't give a fuck
You yellin' at me at the top of your lungs, you do it
Otherwise it isn't gonna get done, I hold the reins to my tongue
And decide when to close and open the door, the point four:
Point four, you been warned, so before we move on
Just from point four on, just so you don't distort
The order make us go back and forth, once more
Let's repeat what we've recorded thus far, now point one:
We don't believe in other people thieving the ideas
That our cerebrums cultivate and create, make no mistake, point two:
We believe in unconditional control of our beliefs and our opinions
Our souls, our growth, and our dominions, point three:
We don't believe in you controlling we
I'm not obligated to do or say or listen to a god damn thing, a point four
Point four, point four, point four,
point four, point four, point four, now point four:

We believe in all of the above just for the reasons given
Up, livin' it up, livin' not.. givin' up - setting
Government and loving it, so we self-sufficient
Not trippin' off of that subliminal stuff
We not submitting coming with it rough and tough
We gonna suppliment your knowledge with.. a substance
We not gonna let an opportunity get left out
We not.. gonna let some indecision stop what we about
We not.. gonna show no mercy over flowing the drought
It's no doubt, no doubt, it's no doubt, no doubt
It's no doubt, no doubt, it's no doubt, no doubt
It's no doubt, no doubt, 'cause this is what it's about, come on

We believe in achieving the summit as expected
Detonate the avalanche effect, we bustin' rep
And watch the series of events connect a chain reaction
Set off like a fusion experiment, in which we can calculate
And document the elements and their effects, with patience
Put it all down in.. scientific notation
This is like a laboratory report, of sorts
Research results a layout of our findings and methods that work
Here is our agenda, an easily defensible
Census of live ammunition fire bullet point five:
We believe in looking alive and recognize
By the makeup of our character, eyes, by our merits and vibes
Not as indistinguishable in appearance
But as equal keepers of the inextinguishable fire, point six:
We don't believe in a quick fix! to livin' it, a constant!
Routine of maintenance and a- djustment!, once in
You gotta keep it jumpin' pumpin' pumpin' sayin' something
Before your severance ascend to point seven, it's
Seven's a reflection of our beliefs, and histories
Events, unpleasentries, and pestilence
Disease, insens-, itivity, as reference
To be seen, as lessons, a series, of tests, and a complete
Testament to our team and strengths
As a means of success now as a team take set, point eight:
Point eight, just to set it straight set it straight
Before we get too far up out of the gates, I'm going straight
Let's recap the way we came to that great point eight, like fate
And tell the fake why they can't create

Point one: No bitin'
Point two: I'm writin'
Point three: You ain't and
Point four's point four
Point five: Recognize
Point six: Make adjustments
Point seven: Is a testament
Point eight: Go on, set it now

(2x)
(second time only)
It's no doubt, no doubt, it's no doubt, no doubt
It's no doubt, no doubt, it's no doubt and we out

Happy Australia Day!!!!
About Australia Day
Australia Day. Celebrate what's great.

Australia Day, January 26, is the biggest day of celebration in the country and is observed as a public holiday in all states and territories.

On Australia Day we come together as a nation celebrate what's great about Australia and being Australian. It's the day to reflect on what we have achieved and what we can be proud of in our great nation.

It's the day for us to re-commit to making Australia an even better place for the future.

What's great about Australia?
There are many great things about this country:

The people - The life savers on the beach and the farmers in the bush; the larrikins; our sporting heroes, artists and visionaries; the volunteers who dedicate their lives to others; the spirit of pulling together in hard times and achieving beyond expectation; the eminent Australians from all walks of life, the battlers and the ordinary Australians who are anything but ordinary.

Our land - Fragile yet enduring. Harsh and extreme, lush and bountiful-a continent like no other. Our ancient land offers boundless opportunity, sustains us and makes us who we are.

Our diversity - A nation of difference and unity. People from the city, the country, different nations and backgrounds; we are one people, living together. Through our diverse beliefs and experiences we learn from each other and grow together.

The indigenous cultures - The rich and resilient spirituality; the knowledge, art and history. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are part of Australia's identity and culture.

Our freedom and democracy - A society built on fundamental rights and responsibilities. Freedom of thought and expression. Participation in government and respect for and equality under the law.

A fair go for all - An enduring spirit of mateship and fairness. A compassionate society committed to access to employment, housing, health and education. Ours is a land of opportunity where we can do anything.

The only question now is when to move there?

What to do?!?!.....
Hmmmmm the story gets even more complicated.

After having a lot of different feelings for a girl I met just before Christmas I am now contemplating whether to even talk to her again. The story started with a few drinks and a lot of laughs, a good friendship in the making. I knew from pretty much when I met her that she was the sort of person I could really fall for but was not ready to jump into any sort of relationship at the time, just wanted to get to know her a bit better and see what came of it. So first step was a trip out for a few drinks with her and some of her mates, was a good evening and we got pretty close, I had a little voice saying "make a move and see what happens" but decided to play it cool.

Next time I invited her out for a meal which she was really up for, however it never happened as I could never get hold of her, so she then asked me out for drinks on the weekend, which again didn't happen and I couldn't get hold of her, this happened for 3 weeks in a row& I got the impression that she was just playing games - but again, all I wanted to do was to get to know her a bit so didn't really think much about it. Then came the bombshell, after chatting with my manager about her and trying to get a bit of advice I found out that he had been seeing her and had been intimate a few times. This hurt, not because she was seeing someone - she's single and up to her, but because it was my manager - the guy I'd been giving advice to about his marrage and his child who is due in 3 weeks.

So now she was someone who would sleep with someone else's husband - is that the sort of person I wanted? I came back with a yes cos I was/am falling for her. I didn't mention anything instead kept up the games with her, trying to understand what sort of a person she is.

Last Saturday I found out that she was one of the biggest gossips in the company and that she is living with her ex, who she still goes out drinking with. Nothing unusual with that but I am finding it hard to get my head around the entire situation.

The question at the minute is do I make the final jump and do what I had planned for valantines or do I ignore her for now until I can get my emotions sorted and know what I want.

Who said Essex girls were easy? lol

Local band keeping the music alive
Bit of a late one this.....

The battle of the bands in Essex final was on Christmas eve and a few of my mates were up for the challange - now as most followers of any battle of the bands contest no doubtably know the majority of these 'contests' are rigged in one fashion or another so a second place was the most any of us were expecting. Well, they one & they one by a long margin. The band have really pulled everything into place and come out with a unique sound, combind with some cracking lyrics - all indications at the minute are that these guys could go a long way & I think there are going to be a lot of people out there loving the sound of this 4 piece.

Check them out at The Crazy88 Website

(on a personal note I am developing this site so appoligies for the lack of info at the min)

Happy 2006 everyone!
Started the year off with a lot of partying, pretty much a 4 week bender and met a bunch of new people, good start considering the way 2005 ended - wasn't very pretty. I decided to stop thinking about stuff cos I always seem to over analyse everything, so have been getting very drunk and having a blast.
This week has been detoxing & focusing on a better lifestyle, got a lot of desire but we'll see how the willpower holds out.
In other news I've got another niece or a nephew on the way, I'm going to sort myself out for them.

Hurrah!! I'm finally back from Southend and it feels good to be spending some time in my house again (but hasn't been much fun going through the bills and other mail lol). I haven't got the Internet at home which is a pain but that will get sorted in time.... and I've finally manager to get our work firewall to allow me access to LJ again - we're a bit security concious here and the thing is well bolted down.

Things have all been a bit up in the air lately and I'm just now getting back into a routine of sorts to sort the rest of my responsabilities out.....

Will leave you all with this....

Yes he is Still Alive!!!
After numerous rounds of "We don't even know if Osama is still alive," in the newspapers, Osama himself decided to send George Bush a letter in his own handwriting to let him know he was still in the game.

Bush opened the letter and it appeared to contain a single line of coded message: 370HSSV-0773H

Bush was baffled, so he e-mailed it to Condi Rice. Condi and her aides had no clue either, so they sent it to the FBI. No one could solve it at the FBI so it went to the CIA, then to NSA. With no clue as to its meaning they
eventually asked Britain's MI-6 for help.

Within a minute MI-6 cabled the White House with this reply "Tell the President he's holding the message upside down".

For a friend
You are lovely
He is not
You care for others
He hurts you daily
You put on a fake smile, make-up and a sweet voice
He puts on a froun, makes a fist and lashes out
You help others
He helps himself
You act like nothing can hurt you
He hurts you
You hide the bruses
He hides the shame
You say you love him
He hates himself

You left him - good for you
I will always love you, but from afar

Time for an update me thinks
it's been a while since I've been on here so just gonna let everyone know I'm doing well, looking back at the last update I could see a few people worrying. :s

Have been keeping myself entertained through work and meeting a bunch of new peeps down Southend (I'm pretty much based there at the min!), focusing all my energy on positive events and breaking out of the dark/depresive/selfish side I was slipping into.

I went through a deep self-loathing/pittying stage but am past all the shit am making a new name for myself. Probably upset/scared a few peeps on the way so am sorry for that, but we all go through it so I'm not gonna feel bad for what's happened - but will say a big thankyou for all that helped.

just wanna say a big sorry for the people I promised to post stuff to, a bunch of CD's never got burnt and a bunch of post never got sent but I will do that once I have some time and am home. I've been pretty selfish and slack with a lot of things, but hell - I'm concentrating on being happyer and sometimes things just get left behind. And i'm worth it.

That's all for now - love and goodwill to all on this All hallows eve/devils day.

I think Firefox should create a messenger service which connects to MSn for Firefox users simply cos trixy Microsoft have prevented you from downloading MSN Messenger from firefox. Bill "i have enough money to buy every person on the planet 2 Big Macs" Gates should be ashamed!

Got a lot going round my head at the minute, and been away from LJ for a while so forgive the multiple posts and randomness of it all, lots of emotions and sillyness going on at the same time, I just can't shut down at the min and am going a bit loopy :s

Coincidence????
Ever looked at a barcode? I mean really looked????

Check out the 2 thin lines at the start of a barcode, the middle and the end (the ones with no numbers under them).

now find those lines in the barcode..... do they represent the number 6?

Why would a barcode have a hidden 6 6 6 in it?.....

Sigh of the devil? Would you have a barcode printed on your forehead or right hand if the government said you had to? Would you then belong to the devil?

Am just curious......

Classic!
The following is an actual radio conversation between a US navy ship and the Canadians, off the coast of Newfoundland in October 1995.

CANADIANS: Please divert your course 15 degrees to the South, to avoid a collision.

AMERICANS: Recommend you divert your course 15 degrees to the North, to avoid a collision.

CANADIANS: Negative. You will have to divert your course 15 degrees to the South to avoid a collision.

AMERICANS: This is the Captain of a US Navy ship. I say again, divert YOUR course.

CANADIANS: Negative. I say again, you will have to divert your course.

AMERICANS: THIS IS THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER US LINCOLN, THE SECOND LARGEST SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES ATLANTIC FLEET. WE ARE ACCOMPANIED BY THREE DESTROYERS, THREE CRUISERS, AND NUMEROUS SUPPORT VESSELS. I DEMAND THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR COURSE 15 DEGREES NORTH, I SAY AGAIN, THAT'S 15 DEGREES NORTH, OR COUNTERMEASURES WILL BE UNDERTAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THIS SHIP.

CANADIANS: We are a lighthouse........ Your call.

Song: Oxygen

Lyrics:

I wanna be better than oxygen
So you can breathe when you're drowning and weak in the knees
I wanna speak louder than Ritalin
For all the children who think that they've got a disease
I wanna be cooler than t.v.
For all the kids that are wondering what they are going to be
We can be stronger than bombs
If you're singing along and you know that you really believe
We can be richer than industry
As long as we know that there's things that we don't really need
We can speak louder than ignorance
Cause we speak in silence every time our eyes meet.

On and on, and on, and on it goes
The world it just keeps spinning
Until i'm dizzy, time to breathe
So close my eyes and start again anew.

I wanna see through all the lies of society
To the reality, happiness is at stake
I wanna hold up my head with dignity
Proud of a life where to give means more than to take
I wan't to live beyond the modern mentality
Where paper is all that you're really taught to create
Do you remember the forgotten America?
Justice, equality, freedom to every race?
Just need to get past all the lies and hypocrisy
Make up and hair to the truth behind every face
That look around to all the people you see,
How many of them are happy and free?
I know it sounds like a dream
But it's the only thing that can get me to sleep at night
I know it's hard to believe
But it's easy to see that something here isn't right
I know the future looks dark
But it's there that the kids of today must carry the light.

On and on, and on, and on it goes
The world it just keeps spinning
Until i'm dizzy, time to breathe
So close my eyes and start again anew.

If i'm afraid to catch a dream
I weave your baskets and i'll float them down the river stream
Each one i weave with words i speak to carry love to your relief.

I wanna be better than oxygen
So you can breathe when you're drowning and weak in the knees
I wanna speak louder than Ritalin
For all the children who think that they've got a disease
I wanna be cooler than t.v.
For all the kids that are wondering what they are going to be
We can be stronger than bombs
If you're singing along and you know that you really believe
We can be richer than industry
As long as we know that there's things that we don't really need
We can speak louder than ignorance
Cause we speak in silence every time our eyes meet.

On and on, and on, and on it goes
The world it just keeps spinning
Until i'm dizzy, time to breathe
So close my eyes and start again anew
